Online payment is simple and secure. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal, through a secure-encryption system operated by PayPal. In addition, the site is monitored by McAfee ScanAlert to ensure PCI compliance.
If you prefer, you can place your order via phone at 1 800 660 1380 between 9am and 5pm EST.
Sales tax will be calculated automatically for all orders, exclusive of shipping costs, shipped within the state of New York.

Shipping
We ship via Fed Ex and UPS. At checkout, you will be able to select your shipping preference, including expedited options; shipping fees will be automatically calculated based on the shipping address, weight and size of the package. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses from a single online order. With a Stone + Mann account, however, you can just zip back in and quickly place that second (or third …) order using your saved shipping and billing information.
For international orders, please email us before placing your order so that we can provide you with a customized list of your options and costs.
Please double-check your shipping address, as errors will not only delay delivery but may also incur additional charges for reshipping.

Delivery Times + Order Tracking
As a rule, orders for in-stock items ship within two to three business days of receipt. If your order includes items that are presently out-of-stock or that are produced to order, including all pillows, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. In order to reduce your postage expense, we'll plan to ship your full order at one time; if you'd prefer that we ship in-stock items right away, please let us know.
You can track your order by logging into your Stone + Mann account. We will provide you with fulfillment status as well as any tracking numbers assigned by the shipping service. We will also provide a link directly to your chosen shipping service so that you can track the shipment in transit.
Special Note re Holiday Shipping: Please place December holiday orders by 12/20 and choose an expedited shipping method to ensure that your gifts are received on time. We're especially sensitive to the importance of holiday orders, and will contact you promptly if there is a chance of delay on our part.
If a non-holiday order needs to be received by a particular date, please note this in the Comment box at checkout and we'll do our best to ensure timely delivery.

Gift Packaging
Go ahead and give yourself a little treat while you're at it, and have us gift wrap your presents. We use beautiful recycled olive and gold gift boxes and tissue, tied up with satin and organza ribbon. We've used several of our own nature images, like the ones that you see throughout this website, to create a unique set of gift cards; we hope you'll choose one of these as well. Select this service at checkout for $5.00 per box.

Changing + Returning an Order
Orders can be changed or canceled before shipment at no charge (just keep in mind that we typically ship within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your order). Just email us at store@stoneplusmann.com and let us know what you want to do.
Please inspect your purchase promptly upon receipt and, if you believe it to be defective, let us know right away. All claims of defect must be received within 10 days of receipt; claims received after that date will not be processed. Ideally, you will allow us to replace the item; if you prefer, however, we will issue a full refund and our sincere apologies. Our great hope is that this paragraph will prove to be completely unnecessary.
Non-defective items in original condition can be returned within 21 days of receipt for an exchange, refund or store credit good for one year. We would appreciate knowing the reason for the return but that's not required. However, we do need for you to contact us in advance to obtain a Return Authorization Code so that we can ensure prompt handling of the return according to your wishes. Please email us with your name, order number, details of the item you'd like to return and whether you'd like an exchange, refund or store credit, and we'll respond promptly with a Return Authorization Code for you to include on your shipping label. The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance on all non-defective returns.
Sale items are non-returnable, and shipping and gift wrapping charges are of course not eligible for credit/exchange/refund.

Wholesale + Custom + Where Are They Now
Over the years, we've worked closely with retailers of all shapes and sizes. Please contact us at store@stoneplusmann.com for terms. Minimums will apply.
For custom pieces and special occasions, such as wedding parties, contact us at store@stoneplusmann.com for terms. Minimums, again, will apply.
Many of our styles are "perennials" that we anticipate offering for many years. Others are offered only in limited numbers, so that we can take advantage of remarkable fabrics and other materials that we can only obtain in finite quantities. If you remember a style that you loved or saw in a magazine, and it isn't on the website, let us know and we'll try to find a reasonable facsimile.

Our Products
We're running a small design company and neither our products, nor our own philosophy for Stone + Mann, are particularly consonant with mass production. Our satisfaction as designers, and yours as a purchaser of course, relies firmly on good design and high quality; we trust that for you, as for us, the natural variations (not to say quirks) that come with the human touch in the production process only enhance an object's charm and beauty.
We work closely with a terrific photographer and a great web designer to show Stone + Mann products as accurately as possible, but inevitably there will be some variation based on individual computer monitors and settings. If you have a question, especially about color, please let us know via email or phone and we'll do our best to help.
All textiles should be dry-cleaned by a professional.

All of our sewing and detail work is done in the USA by individuals and small companies, not unlike us. User Warranty + Account/Order Termination
By placing an order, the customer warrants that he/she is at least 18 years old, is providing accurate information and has all necessary authority to place and pay for the order. We reserve the right to terminate an account for and/or refuse to accept an order from anyone who provides false or misleading information.
